This recipe requires a double boiler which is very easy to create. Use a sauce pot and aluminum bowl to create this method, If you do not have a metal bowl, this method can be done by using another pot that’s slightly smaller than the boiling pot.
Place water in the boiling pot but make sure the bottom of your bowl does not touch water when placed on top. Bring water to a boil then place bowl on top with butter. Using a silicone spatula, stir butter until completly melted then add chocolate while continuing to stir until fully melted. Add in sugar, salt and vanilla then remove from heat. Allow mixture to cool slightly and add eggs one by one. Do not whisk at first because you do not want any of the egg to cook. Slowly add in flour until well combine. This would be the time to add in chopped nuts.
Pour brownie mixture into prepared pan a bake for 30- 35 mins or until a toothpick comes out clean. Once cooked, allow to cool before adding toppings or serving.
Happy Eating!!
