Wanting to switch it up for dinner? All you need is a few simple ingredients some of which you may have on hand. Let’s get COOKING!!
2 Pork Chops, cut into strips and seasoned with spices below
1/2 cup Onion, sliced
1/2 cup Bell Pepper, sliced
1/4 cup Mushrooms, sliced
1/2 cup, Oyster Sauce
2 cups Rice, cooked
1 tbsp Olive Oil
Spices: Black Pepper, Salt and Garlic Powder
Heat olive oil in a saute pan over medium heat. Add pork and sear for three minutes while occassionally stirring. Add half of the oyster sauce an cook for an additional 1-2 minutes then remove pork from pan. Using the same pan add onions and bell pepper, cooking until veggies become somewhat tender (onions translucent). If you are using mushrooms, this would be the time to add and cook for an additional minute.
Now it’s time to add the pork back to the pan along with rice, oyster sauce a spices. Combine throughly and remember you are seasoning to your flavor preference. Cook for two minutes then remove from heat and serve.
