This is a simple recipe that is great with pork . I would suggest using this marinade when baking, grilling or pan searing pork.
1 cup Brown Sugar
1/4 cup Worcestershire Sauce
2 tbsp. Black Pepper
2 tbsp.. Salt
2 tbsp. Garlic Powder
1 tbsp. Cayenne Pepper
Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Pour marinade over pork and rub ensuring all sides have been coated. Cover and refrigerate for 4 to 6 hours. Don’t worry, pork can be marinated in this mixture up to 24 hours. Once marinated, remove pork and cooked using your desired method.
