People often underestimate how easy it is to make whipped cream from scratch. Homemade whipped cream does not have the shelf life of it’s store bought cousin so it is best when used within 2 days.
Ingredients:
1 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
1 tbsp Sugar
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
Using a chilled mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and mix until there are medium- stiff peaks are formed. Refrigerate in an airtight container until needed.
