Ingredients:
2 med Avocado, roughly mashed
1/2 cup Tomato, seeded and chopped
1 tbsp Cilantro, chopped
1 tbsp Lime Juice
1 tbsp Fresh Jalapeno, seeded and chopped (optional)
Spices:
Black Pepper
Garlic Powder
Kosher Salt
Add all ingredients to the mashed avocado and stir. Season with spices then add very thin layer of water on top of guacamole. Seal with plastic wrap or an airtight container until ready to use. The water acts as a barrier that prevents the avocado from oxidizing which causes the browning. When ready to serve, pour our water and enjoy. Eat with chips or try with the #ChickenTaco recipe.
