Corn Salsa

This recipe can be made in advance and stored in the refrigerator up to 3 days.

Prep Time: 15 mins
Refrigerate: Up to 3 Days

Ingredients:
1 cup Corn Kernels, fresh or canned
1/4 cup Red Onion, chopped
1/4 cup Tomato, seeded and chopped
1/4 cup Avocado, chopped
2 tbsp Fresh Jalapeno, chopped
1 tbsp Lime Juice
Spices:
Black Pepper
Kosher Salt

Combine all ingredients in a bowl with a lid. Seasaon to taste and refrigerate until needed.
