Pico de Gallo

This recipe can be made 1-2 days in advace. Store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.

Prep Time: 10- 15 mins
Refrigerate: Up to 3 days

Ingredients:
1 cup Tomato, seeded and chopped
1/2 cup Red Onion, chopped
1/4 cup Cilantro, chopped
1 Fresh Jalapeno, seeded and chopped
2 tbsp Lime Juice
Spices: To Taste
Black Pepper
Kosher Salt

In a bowl with a lid, combine all ingredients. Season to taste then refrigerate until needed.
